" This is a great theme and it is better than the default theme. But the customer service is not great. Mario provides decent support even though he doesn't have knowledge about the theme with some items. But he tried to help me as much as he can and even suggested to send my support questions to a different department. However, if you are unlucky to get Lucien who provides design support, you are out of luck. He is not knowledgeable and all he wants to get is your website details such as ftp and admin login. He should be trained better to help customers. I asked him about a simple question regarding the compare button which is not adding the summary information when you compare 2 items. First he told me that in order for him to help me I needed to test this feature with the default theme and if it worked with the default theme, then he would look into it. I sent him a screenshot showing the default theme compare button is working and after all of that he just tells me he doesn't know what the problem is and the only way for him to help me further is to give him ftp and admin access. I call this terrible customer service. I think it is just a journal theme setting the issue but obviously he did not want to help me. Anyway, I just want to bring this issue to Journal theme management about Lucien's bad customer service or lack of support! "
